I'm an ICF and EMCC accredited coach and mentor, with over 30 years business experience working in both Ireland and the UK.
Prior to becoming a coach I gained experience in Training and Development, Recruitment and for the past 23 years running a wholesale SME in the B2B and hospitality sector in Ireland.
It's my belief, that everyone has within them, the ability to lead a truly fulfilling life. And the journey to that life starts with a deep understanding of themselves.

This quote was the beginning of a personal journey for me. That journey has brought me through a process of in-depth self-reflection, study, and ultimately to understanding my purpose.
During this journey, I kept asking myself what it was that prevented me from finding my purpose earlier in life, what was missing when I was making major decisions about life, career and relationships.
I realized; it was a lack of awareness. Awareness of myself, my strengths, my values, my dreams and ultimately the lack of a true vision of my future.
How can coaching help you?
Coaching is a partnership between you and your coach. It cultivates a safe and supportive space that allows you to step back from the automaticity of life. Coaching creates the energy and curiosity needed to identify and clarify your goals and provides the tools and models to help you achieve your most fulfilling life.
Coaching is focused on you, it’s about developing an awareness of who and where you are in the present. Developing a vision of where you want to be in the future, and on supporting you along the journey towards that future.

I believe that coaching as an intervention is flexible enough to offer benefits to most people in most situations.
Coaching is a safe and supportive relationship that offers you the space for self-reflection, the energy and curiosity to identify your goals and the tools and models to help you achieve your most fulfilling life.
Fundamentally, its about supporting you to make the changes you want in your life.
My Life Before Coaching
Life began in Dublin, but before the end of primary school my family moved to Scotland where I continued and finished my education. After some time in college, I found myself at a cross roads, wondering where I wanted to be. I wanted to experience the world of work and so embarked on what would prove to be an interesting journey. I got a junior position in the field of Training and Development at a builders merchants company, where I got exposed to the ideas of personal development, continuous learning and facilitation. Ultimately, I got involved in Management Development, Youth Development and Remote Learning programmes. After the acquisition of the company, I had the opportunity to take redundancy and return home to Ireland. Life back in Dublin took a turn, looking for a new challenge, I took a job in the frantic world of IT Telecomms Recruitment. The experience gave me exposure to a high pressure sales environment, customer relationship management but most importantly, self management. The experience I gained, got me ready for my next challenge, becoming an entrepreneur, and setting up my business in the cleaning and hygiene supplies and service industry. For 23 years I worked with a range of customers, suppliers and colleagues to build a company that was trusted and reliable. Some customers stuck with us from day 1 until the day we closed. I strongly believe that the success of any organisation is determined by the people within it. And I believe that any individual can achieve their dream if it ALIGN's with the core values and strengths.
